More Than Me Youth Ranch Gifted To Allies
Established 2005 by Bob and Margaret King
In the heart of Granbury, Texas, lies a special place where faith, character, and the great outdoors come together to shape the next generation. It's called the More Than Me (MTM) Youth Ranch. Founded in 2005 by Granbury residents Bob and Margaret King, the MTM Youth Ranch was born from a desire to offer a positive alternative for youth facing the challenges of our time.
In early 2023, a divine connection was made between Allies in Youth Development and the MTM Youth Ranch.
Allies began partnering with MTM to impact youth in the community in 2025. Recognizing a shared heart and mission, MTM officially entrusted Allies with the full stewardship of the ranch in July 2025 after the passing of Mr. King. This ensures the King family's legacy of love and service will continue for generations to come. MTM is currently managed by a board of Granbury residents.

Allies Launches AMP
Established Fall 2024
In late 2024, we launched the Allies Mentoring Program (AMP) in Granbury, bringing our proven after-school mentoring model to local students at three schools. Every month, Allies leaders and volunteers bring friendship, hope, and moral guidance to over 150 children in Granbury ISD.
More Than Me (MTM) Youth Ranch & Bike Park
What began as a community-driven dream has now become a vital part of the Allies in Youth Development family, continuing its mission to build character, teach life skills, and share the hope of Jesus Christ.
MTM Mountain Bike Park is Born
Coming Early 2026
After taking over stewardship of the MTM, much thought and prayer was given to the next phase of the youth ranch. Allies and the MTM board decided to bring something unique to the youth of Granbury – a mountain bike skills park and trail system. The first trail was cut in late spring, and full production has been underway since late summer, thanks to a special group of volunteers with a passion for both God and mountain biking.

- Beginner and intermediate jump lines
- Mid-range runs with platform drops
- Seesaws, wall rides, and construction features
- Rock jumps, hips, ridges, and berms
- 5 miles of Green cross-country style trails
