Our new year at Allies begins by training six eager Eastern European leaders who are soon to step off the plane in a land much different than where they boarded. Texas is no Eastern Europe, but the people of Texas have a heart for Eastern Europeans that it may quickly grow to feel like a homecoming.

Eastern European partners, who have been vital to our success, will be in the United States to better understand how to model selfless volunteering and clearly demonstrate the love of Christ.

The next month will be filled with teaching, interviewing nonprofit and church experts, and possibly meeting some of you before they return to their home country to share their teachings with orphans and students.
