In case you missed this year’s Color Their World, you can watch the videos, below, from Walnut Ridge Baptist Church in Mansfield and Venture Church in Keller.
Thank you to each and every one of you who had a part in Color Their World this year. We are thankful for all the sponsors, volunteers, and attendees for making this our best event yet!
This was two nights of celebrating 13 years of saving the lives of orphans and vulnerable children in 68 countries and counting thanks to people like you. The theme was John 1:5 — The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. More than 600 attendees between the two banquets answered the call to be a shining light to children around the world. You donated school supplies, 128 pairs of shoes, and committed a little more than $1,000,000 over the next four years to help us get closer to our goal of helping 100,000 children by 2032.
Thank you to our guest speaker Rev. Jonathan Evans, Dallas Cowboys chaplain, who inspired attendees to make a lasting impact in the world. We also had a special guest at Color Their World in Mansfield, a Russian orphan named Nikita whose adoption story came about because of the Allies Mentoring Program. Seeing Nikita walk up onto the stage was truly a touching moment. Another special part of the program was a video of children in Peru who are in the Allies Mentoring Program singing “This Little Light of Mine.” You can still see these beautiful moments in the videos from each event.
Thank you to everyone who made Color Their World 2024 a record-breaking success and a banquet to remember.
