Dr.Tatiana Baeva | Director of International Operations

When we first launched the Allies Mentoring Program (AMP) in Peru three years ago, one of the first two leaders ready to lead with faith and courage was Lizbeth Quispe. That spark in Peru ignited a movement.
I traveled with Lizbeth to several countries in Latin America including Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, and Mexico. She did an incredible job training other leaders and building teams of mentors equipped to reach many children across different regions. After seeing her work in action, I appointed her as regional director of Latin America.
Since 2022, AMP expanded to 18 countries across Latin America, reaching thousands of orphaned and vulnerable children each month — thanks to hundreds of volunteers serving faithfully on the frontlines.
But for Lizbeth and her teams, it’s not about numbers — it’s about names.
One day, she boarded a bus and rode it all the way to the end of the line, then kept walking. She wanted to find children in the most forgotten places. Eventually, she came across a small community of women and children living in deep need. And she stayed. She listened. She brought hope and connection where none had existed before.
Another team Lizbeth oversees in Peru leads AMP sessions at a center for battered women and their children. There, tragedy struck when one mother returned to her abuser and abandoned her little girl. The Allies volunteers searched tirelessly and found the child in another orphanage. When they arrived, the child’s eyes widened in surprise:
“You’re here, too?” she asked.
“No,” they told her gently. “We came looking for you.”
That’s relationship. That’s what AMP builds. It’s consistent love that follows children wherever they go. And now a team of volunteers started AMP visits in the same orphanage where that little girl was sent.

Your generosity empowers leaders like Lizbeth Quispe, who has helped expand the Allies Mentoring Program
from one country to 18 across Latin America, bringing consistent love and guidance to children in need.
Through Lizbeth’s leadership, teams across Latin America are now visiting hundreds of orphanages, remote villages, and shelters bringing life skills, mentorship, and hope for the future.
Yet there are still so many more children waiting to be reached.
Every bus ride, every orphanage visit, every child found — happens because of partners like you. Your support empowers local leaders like Lizbeth to bring light into dark places and change the course of a child’s life forever. Together, we are building relationships that restore hope.
Your Generosity Colored the World with Hope
Chris Burgin | Founder and CEO

Because of generous supporters like you, Color Their World was a night filled with joy, purpose, and hope.
What an incredible season of generosity! Between two Color Their World events and the online auction in September, you gave more than $1 million to help orphans and vulnerable children around the world. You also donated 154 pairs of children’s athletic shoes and 1,928 items of school supplies and several hygiene products through in-kind gifts.
Each night of Color Their World was a time filled with fellowship, entertainment, and inspiration. Along with the latest updates on what your support made possible this past year, guests enjoyed a warm and unforgettable performance by Grammy-award winning country music artist Larry Gatlin. He sang favorites like “Broken Lady” and “All the Gold in California.” Attendees also joined in the excitement of the live auction led by Keith Pressley and his energetic team.

Guests were inspired as Larry Gatlin and Lori Thomas of Texas lifted voices together in
“Great is Thy Faithfulness” — a moving reminder of God’s faithfulness and the hope your support brings.
This year’s theme, Strength for Today, Hope for Tomorrow, reflected exactly what your gifts provide — hope and opportunity for children in need. Because of your partnership, Allies is now bringing mentorship, education, and an introduction to Christ to children in 85 countries and counting.
There are so many to thank for making Color their World possible. We are blessed by a strong community of volunteers who serve willingly and by long-time supporters who faithfully participate in this event year after year. I’m also deeply grateful to new friends who said “yes” to the invitation to join us on this journey. Thank you for giving so generously and standing with us to change children’s lives.

Larry Gatlin shared a special moment with Jean Frazier
who won his autographed guitar during the live auction at Color Their World.

Change a Life Through Sponsorship
Kate Walker | Sponsorship Engagement
At Allies, we believe every child deserves a chance to dream and someone to believe in them. Through the Allies Sponsorship Program, you have the unique opportunity to personally connect with a child in need and watch their story unfold.
Sending caring mentors to children each month through the Allies Mentoring Program (AMP) is the foundation of how we serve these children. Mentorship is key, but in many of the areas where we serve, poverty is crushing — and some children need more help.
These children have incredible potential but often lack the education and support they need to achieve their dreams. Child sponsorship makes all the difference. And our sponsorship program is personal. You’ll receive letters, photos, and updates throughout the year, allowing you to see the direct impact of your support. It’s a relationship built on connection, encouragement, and hope — one that reminds each child they are seen, valued, and loved by God.
During Allies Adventure Trips to Peru, some sponsors even had the chance to meet the children they support — turning letters and photos into lasting friendships. There are currently 76 children available for sponsorship, including 14 in Peru.

Allies supporters Jim and Julie Makens met their sponsored child, Mariela,
while serving on an Allies Adventure Trip to Peru in October.
Sponsorship is the most personal and meaningful way to change a child’s life through Allies. All they need is a sponsor like you.

Your partnership can help him grow in confidence and reach his full potential.
Empowered People Empower People
This past spring, Allies launched the Empowered Life Podcast, hosted by Meredith Murray, to share inspiring stories of impact from around the world.
Each episode features heartfelt conversations with guests who are living proof that empowered people empower people. From in-country mentors changing lives in orphanages to leaders speaking on topics like depression, prayer, generosity, and overcoming adversity, Meredith highlights how one “yes” can spark transformation across continents.

You Answered the Call!

A heartfelt thank-you to Sharon Gardner, Fr. Gavin Pate, and others who donated their old cell phones and iPads. Your generosity is helping our volunteers record Allies Mentoring Program (AMP) visits and show the impact of your support in places where technology is harder to come by. Because of you, stories of hope are being captured and shared around the world!
