Team Building to Success at the Orphanage

Allies recently hosted a team building game at the orphanage. The game was built not to give a specific advantage to any particular individual. This required the team from top to bottom, to help each other out, even those that struggled with eh problems that they were faced with. With the winner getting a prize, the director was impressed with how the teams were prepared and how they were emotionally invested in the game. After the game, with the help of volunteers, children learned how to make different kinds of magnets. It was a great opportunity for the kids to work very closely with the volunteers.
